At ITO EN, we strive to ensure the highest quality for our premium teas and beverages; however, due to the perishable nature of our products, we can only accept returns on damaged or incorrect items within 30 days of purchase.

Ensure your items are unopened, in their original packaging, and were purchased directly from the ITO EN website within the last 30 days.
Contact Support
Email our customer service team with your order number and a brief explanation (including photos for damaged goods) to receive a Return Authorization.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack the authorized items and send them back to our distribution center using the shipping label provided by our support team.
Receive Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
